Vladimir Ivanovich Fedota

Director General

biography
Vladimir Fedota was born in 1954 in Zadonetskoe village of Kharkov region.
In 1979 Vladimir graduated magna cum laude from Yakubovsky Kiev Higher Armor and Engineer School, with degree in electronic and automated equipment of tracked and wheeled vehicles.
In 1994 he graduated magna cum laude from Malinovsky Military Academy of Armored Forces with degree in engineering and operative-tactical management of armored forces.
Candidate of Technical Sciences, professor of Academy of Military Sciences, Major General
He has been awarded by the medal “For Service to the Motherland in the Armed Forces of the USSR III degree”, the medal “For Merit for the Motherland II degree”
From 1973 to 2009 Vladimir Fedota served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
In the period from 2000 to 2009 he headed Scientific and Research Institute of Armored Vehicles and Arms
In the year 2010 he worked as a deputy director general of Federal State Institution (FGU) “FAPRID”
Since August, 17, 2010 he has been in charge of Scientific and Research Institute of Oil and Oil Products Transportation (NII TNN) as director general.

Aleksandr Nikolaevich Chentsov

First Deputy Director General for scientific work

biography
Alexandr Chentsov was born in 1953 in Tobolsk, Tyumen region. In 1980 he graduated from Tyumen Industrial Institute (Tyumen State Oil and Gas University) with degree in design and operation of gas and oil pipelines, gas and oil storage farms.
In October 1980 he started working as a control engineer. In the period from 1980 to 2001 he served as a head of engineering and technical service unit, then a deputy head of  directorate, chief engineer of directorate, head of directorate and finally as a chief engineer at JSC Sibnefteprovod.
From September 2001 to February 2006 he worked as an operational director at JSC Tsentr Tehknicheskoy Diagnostiki (Center for Technical Diagnostics)
In February 2006 he was appointed by deputy director general for diagnostics and monitoring at CJSC VNIIST and by August 2008 he became director general.
From August 2008 to October 2009 – first deputy director general at JSC Giprotruboprovod
 In October 2009 he was appointed by first deputy director general for scientific work.

Vitaly Ivanovich Surikov

Deputy Director General for technology of oil and oil products transportation

biography

Vitaly Surikov was born in August, 8 in 1979 in Astrakhan.

In 2002 Vitaly graduated from Gubkin Russian State Oil and Gas University with degree in design, building and operation of gas and oil pipelines and gas and oil storage farms.

In 2011 he completed additional retraining program “Economics, management, finance and legal principles of stock companies”
From 2000 to 2001 Vitaly worked at oil tank farm #5 of LUKOIL-Astrakhan, LLC.
In the period from 2002 to 2003 he was a programmer, specialist at the center for engineering and design works, chief specialist in the section of oil farms design at CJSC VNIIST
From October 2003 to February 2009 Vitaly worked a researcher at pipeline testing laboratory, then a senior researcher and a leading researcher at oil transport and storage testing laboratory, chief of pipeline transport laboratory and finally as a deputy director of center for technology of oil and gas transport at Institute VNIIST, LLC.
In 2009 he became a deputy director general for research and development works and operation of pipelines at JSC Giprotruboprovod
In the period from October 2009 to January 2010 Vitaly Surikov was director general of Scientific and Research Institute of Oil and Oil Products Transportation (NII TNN), LLC.

Since January 2010 he has been deputy director general for technology of oil and oil products transportation.

Oleg Aleksandrovich Tabakov

Deputy Director General for general questions

biography
Oleg Tabakov was born in March, 1970 in Kosatkino village of Gorkovsky region. In 1991 he graduated from Gorky Higher Air Defense Command School with degree in tactical command of air defense forces.
In 1999 Oleg received his degree in finance and credit at Tyumen State University. In 2001 Russia's Ministry of Energy awarded Oleg with a letter of gratitude.
From 1993 to 1994 Oleg served as security supervisor at Surgut investment bank. Starting from 1994 and till 1996 Oleg worked as deputy chief of security service at AO LUKOIL-Kogalymneftegaz and then from 1996 as a chief of the service. In October 1996 he became chief of security service and then a deputy chief of directorate for security at LUKOIL – West Siberia From 2004 to 2011 Oleg served as a chief of security, and then as a deputy director general at JSC Svyaztransneft.
Since April 2011 he has been a deputy director general for general questions at Scientific and Research Institute of Oil and Oil Products Transportation (NII TNN), LLC.
